1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Tuhame, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Description of Service

Tuhame provides a platform for users to list rental properties and for other users to view these listings and contact the listers. We act as a facilitator for these connections but are not a party to any rental agreement entered into between users.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from posting on or transmitting through the website any material that is:

• Unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, profane, hateful, racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
• Encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law.
• Contains a virus, trojan horse, worm, time bomb, or other harmful or disruptive component.

4. Fees and Payments

Some services on Tuhame are fee-based. You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your use of the services at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The website and the service are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Tuhame expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Tuhame be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses.
